Restaurant at the Castle Inn 

 

 

 

Memorable meals are prepared daily by Chef Chris Cornhill and include the finest ingredients from the Maritimes and Quebec.

  Regular restaurant hours are Wednesday to Sunday, 6 to 9pm. 

During the summer months, a small menu is available on Monday and Tuesday evenings for hotel guests.

 

Dinner at the Castle should never be rushed, and we suggest you begin your evening with a freshly-shaken cocktail—during the summer months, relax on the deck and enjoy sipping a frothy concoction while looking out over the lush greenery of the St John River valley.  In the cooler months, sink into a leather armchair and enjoy the old-world ambience of the lounge. 

 

Peruse the menu and take note of the wide variety of local offerings which may include New Brabant Wild Boar, Lake Brome Duck, local lamb and beef, and Acadian Sturgeon.  All meals are carefully created and prepared fresh for you at the time of your order, lending the perfect opportunity for lingering over your choice of wine and enjoying relaxed conversation in the cozy atmosphere of our intimate dining room.  No meal is complete without one of Chef Chris’s delectable desserts paired with a specialty coffee or Jost Maple Wine.
